PB NeuroRehabilitation Spasticity Clinic helps spasticity care patients manage their lives.
What will we do for you?
We do evaluations of spasticity and make recommendations for physical, speech or occupational therapies as well as for pharmacological therapies.
We utilize therapists who are well trained and knowledgeable of our patients unique needs and work closely with us for overall patient management.
We will also make recommendations for wheelchair modifications and orthotic devices.
We also offer a special clinic day for evaluations of issues caused by spasticity such as scoliosis, contractures, etc, that may benefit from surgical interventions.

We refill your baclofen pump right here at our clinic. We are conveniently located on the campus of St. Mary’s Hospital in West Palm Beach.
